Very interesting read. Thank you for sharing it. He must have had a hot spot of only 3% of the guests did not have sex though. Back when I worked and was on the road quite a lot, many of the places that I stayed at had virtually no females there at all. I suspect they saw very little sex. On the flip side, I live near a college town and I suspect a couple places around there probably vibrate at night from all the action they see.

Very interesting, what I have read so far. Maybe a little extreme to actually buy a motel to spy on people. Reminds me of that film with Sharon stone in, think it was called 'Sliver'. Maybe I should start saving....lol
