Cumshot and gunshots AKA banging with bangs

Hi everyone,

Here is a very fresh recording (2 hours ago, uncut).

Despite the favourable odds of staying for a very long time alone in an hotel, I was not very optimistic the night after my arrival. It is low season here in the Faroe islands and most rooms were empty. Besides, in the hotel hallways, there was absolutely no place to hide a mic so I would have to limit my "hunt" around my own room.

However the room I got was in a very good spot: at the end of a hallway with a 90° corner. If a couple were to stay in one of these 4 rooms in my area, I could easily listen and spy and still have plenty of time to hear people entering the hotel. Other pluses of that hotel: no cams, rather thin walls and doors, small rooms (= beds near the door), quiet surroundings. And nobody at the reception in the evenings.

So, while not overly optimistic, I had hopes for the week-end. This Friday, quite late, a couple walked past my room. They talked very loudly, were maybe slightly drunk, and sounded young. I could hear clearly what was going on even from inside my room: they talked, laughed and seemed flirty. At that point I was sure I was going to record some action. Unfortunately, they switched on the TV and left it at a very high volume The movie playing was a ridiculously loud action movie which partly spoilt my recording of the much more interesting action. If only it were a Jean-Luc Godard art movie, we would have heard every whisper. I hope you will still enjoy it, here are the timestamps of the worst movie actions in case you want to skip them:

They surely turn on the TV with high volume in an attempt to cover their moans but whatever this is a nice catch ! So, did you see them this morning ?

This TV sound drove me nuts, so much that a crazy idea crossed my mind while I was listening: go grab MY remote control to try to lower the volume of THEIR TV through the door

In the end I did not find the remote control... but I wonder whether that would have worked. Has anyone here ever tried it ?

FYI there is something to look at for this recording.

Maybe sndprv was right: he is definitely Nordic or British while she is either latina or Filipina (Filipinas do speak Spanish as a second language, right ? She used some Spanish words, sometimes).

Wow, I love her sounds! Great catch! Makes me wanna go to the Faroe Islands!

I've listened to the whole file once and he's definitely not British-born. Yes, she sounds SE Asian to me, and
if you heard the odd Spanish-sounding word then I think it's very likely that she was a Filipina, since the
Philippines was once a Spanish colony. They probably still use some Spanish 'loanwords' in their common
tongue and also other words 'hispanicized' from English ones. I think only a small minority now speak
Philippine Spanish as a second language, and an even smaller minority speak it as a first language.
English - one of the country's offical languages - is now more widely understood than Spanish.

The movie was a nuisance, but the recording was well worth listening to. As for the remote control idea, anything is worth a try, but I think most work on infra red, so need line of vision. Hopefully I'm wrong. Many thanks for the nice contribution.
