You have to open the group details, then select the "music" or "voice" section, then you get a list of all files. From there you can usually download.

But I have no idea how to become a member there. I can't even download voice messages. On this channel

You can record it, when you play it. For the free tool Audacity and for Windows Voice recorder you'll find some instructions in the web. Just ask google.

You have to go in the channel details (click on the channel name at the top of the chat), there you should see a banner with Media,Files,Links, Music, Voice, etc.

If you select Files, Music or Voice, you can then right-click on the file of interest and save it.

Hi every one.
You can't download files scratch from the app, but you can find the file in the cache folder. What you have to do is to play many seconds each sound you want and then, on android phone for example, go to /android/data/org.telegram.messenger/files/telegram/telegram audio. In those folfers you have what you whant.
