Unless he just doesn't know about this community. Or, perhaps, he's using a different name here and for some odd reason he's being dormant probably because of his accounts with Reddit and Soundgasm being shut down. That's just a guess.
I could see his account being shut down by Reddit, but Soundgasm? I have never seen Soundgasm intervene about anything. If a Soundgasm account disappears, it's because the account holder chose to. Soundgasm has so many active users and no discoverability within its platform. You have to share links on other platforms to get noticed. I also hear that Soundgasm has been having a lot of technical issues recently, which is why some people are using alternative hosts.
Speaking of OVHS on Reddit, is there a reason it went silent? It's still active but I haven't seen any new posts for the past 5 days. Usually there's always something new either every day or every other day. It's like a ghost town now.
I check OVHS every day, and it is not my experience that there are new releases every day. Every week, for sure, but not every day. There are quiet days. The latest posts are from just 4 days ago, which is not that long ago. It wouldn't surprise me that the Soundgasm issues is refraining some people to post because they prefer Soundgasm over other platforms.
I know for a fact that some uploaders removed their posts and deleted their accounts because they found out their sounds were being shared in other communities. This surprised me because when you share something publicly, you should expect it to be shared elsewhere. That was a long time ago, though. Long before Soundgasm had its issues.

People have been using Vocaroo as a replacement platform for Soundgasm. According to them, it works a lot better. Maybe there just isn't a lot of action on their part. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. You could be right. There might be something new next week. It is a holiday weekend (Labor Day) coming up after all.

Yes, Vocaroo has its advantages. It seems smoother and faster than Soundgasm. The fact that it doesn't require an account is a good thing. However, I wouldn't be surprised if some people prefer having an account, so they can have all their sounds under the same account. It also wouldn't surprise me if some uploaders don't want their sounds to be downloaded, which Vocaroo allows, and Soundgasm doesn't. I know the latter is easy to circumvent, but still.
I guess you're right, time will tell. I don't think this will last long.

I was just about to tell you that there have been new posts on OVHS for the last 2 days. You see, the subs's not dead. However, I have noticed that there are a lot of people on OVHS who go out of their way to deceive us with their posts. I don't know what annoys me more, people who post fake sounds, or people who post real sounds but lie about about the context just to get more clicks. They'll say it's their parents or their friends' parents fucking, when that's probably not the case at all. That or they'll take credit for a sound that's not theirs. I don't understand why people do that.
The way I see it, a good sound will sell itself. You don't need to lie about it. Every time I browse OVHS and I see a hyperbolic title around the themes of any type of taboo sex, my default is to be instantly suspicious, because so many are deceptive.

So it's not a deception; just a reposting of sounds from the archives? I'll admit, I've been following this group page for only a few years, but I swear I vaguely remember hearing those recordings when I first joined. It is nice to hear some old sounds once again, but if they're being posted by someone else (who clearly isn't the original creator of the recordings) and they throw in some new BS story, that is a little deceptive. Just saying.
Just for the record, I honestly don't remember the original story that went with those recordings. As you said, they were originally posted back in 2019. If they were from the original creator under a different account on OVHS, I apologize in advance for assuming it was deception. I know a lot of members on OVHS that had to open up new accounts for various reasons so a lot of their posts on the page were gone but still on their hard drives. They reposted from their new accounts. It's difficult to discern sometimes but I can kind of tell some original members who came back under new profile names. Most of them will share a brief story about what happened to their original account.
