Kelsey is a woman who used to work out at the same gym I did, until she moved cross town. I had asked her our prior to her moving, but she turned me down. When she told me she was moving, she said I should ask again and so I did - and she said yes. I suspect that she was smarter than I was, and knew that being at the gym at the same time could either end in two ways: eventual marriage (very unlikely), or eventual very awkward workouts (highly likely). She waived me off for dinner but offered to meet at a wine bar, and afterwards we went back to my place.

This recording has a lot of going back and forth between oral and the main course.

I am already eager to see her again.

It occurs to me that one might take up a collection to buy you a new recorder; there are tantalizing moments where inaudible words appear to be exchanged beneath the background noise.

As to the recording quality, the one that I use now is actually really high quality. If you have problems hearing details, it's either one of two issues:

1. I put it down in place A, but most of the action happened in place B. (e.g.: set down in living room, fun times were moved to bedroom and I was too preoccupied to remember it.) In that case, the guys over at eroticsound forum showed my how to amplify the recording so you could hear a whole lot - but you still end up missing stuff.

2. The recording took place at my place, which is a loft that is somewhat large, has really old bricks for walls anywhere there isn't a window, and has very high ceilings -- which means that a lot gets lost that doesn't get lost if I record something in a lover's house or apartment bedroom. In a lot of those I have had to cut out bits here and there because the talking and conversation is so clear that personal and identifying information can be heard.

(I keep forgetting I only have a few things up here, and that they have mostly been put up by other people from ESF. I don't know what the rules are about posting a "new" something that's say, a year or three old. Is that a faux pas round here? Still learning the culture.)

Basic stuff, really: Know everyone is different going in, communicate, pay attention to who you're with, be willing to improvise, remember you don't know everything about sex and so always be willing to learn, treat sex like the world's most awesome & fun amusement park and not a conquest or a chore.
