Adding the 'dilemna' information in the same post with your clip may raise eyebrows and cause unnecessary issues for the forum. We do greatly appreciate your contribution, but understand the board has had legal issues in the past. While the board is open to discussing the legal issues, it is probably best to talk about them in more general terms. Explicitly stating how you are breaking them in a post may not the best approach. The board does sympathise with your plight and appreciate your candor, but sometimes a little discretion in the description is best for safety's sake
On the converse side, this being the internet.. you also could have just made the whole story up and stumbled across the clip from another site and posted it here... but we tend to like to play it safe around here legal-wise. Not at all saying your clip is not genuine, just illustrating the anonimity and randomness that you can use on the internet
