Of course it is fine that OP posted this recording in this section. What a bollocks that yeppie now should change the site logo because we had our first (?) gay recording. Or a section for gay sounds with 1 (or 2?) topics in it max.

Based on the rarity of gay sounds on here it is not an issue at all and nothing needs changing or being discussed. It was described clearly and that was fine, so it was easy to pass. Like scott states: I personally also skip all member posts, period. In the massive list of recordings from some other sites recently I try to discover a filename that suggests it may be a hotel/neigbour recording. You pick what you want and leave what you dont fancy, like going shopping at Asda.

I am rather shocked to find that the file has had so many downloads, which shows that there are enough members who were interested to listen. Good for them. That OP is crying a river is a bit weak in my opinion. So if I had said "Im gonna pass but well done anyway" (which I may have said) he would still be contributing? You gay yourself?

There are too many members who leech 100s of fine recordings and then either promise their own and never show up, or act the victim here when he is not getting praise for 2 recording, 1 of them being gay sounds! Just live and let live and share all you have...

I get why this put you off. But don't forget that you're really talking about one or two of people in a site of hundreds. And remember that there were just as many guys here pushing back, like scott-uk. I empathize, but I don't think it's fair to judge what Yeppie has built here based on one guy embarrassing himself.

Maybe just stay away for a few days, cool down, and then avoid this thread entirely from here on out?

Gee, that 1 single gay recording can cause this much drama! it shows the taboo on the subject that people are so sensitive about it. Get a life all of you. Breath in, breath out, like the 2 gentlemen in the recording probably did (a bit more heavy I assume ).

Wow. Been away for a week and missed this ... discussion.

I think it started as an interesting topic, even if some messages sounded somewhat strange to me. But I enjoy strong opinions as long as those who express them respect those who don´t share them to at least a certain extent.

There has been some sharp remarks before but tonight´s messages by listenguys have been a new low-point in the history of this forum. Please take this as a serious warning and stop offending other members in this inaccectable wording.

This is not about political correctness and this is not about censoring opinions. This is about strictly banning personal insults.
