a night at the office we had all gone out for drinks and i said lets car pool knowing these 2 would come back in after so i put my phone in the corner left it on and left and waiting for them to leave to go back and get it and this is the sound

Sorry to be the one to write it, but I don't think the backstory matches the file particularly well here. There are several places in the recording where the phone gets handled (picked up, moved etc), one of those being right at the end. That'd hardly happen if it were sitting unnoticed in a corner as described. Also, right at the end, she whispers something about remembering a phone.

I'm not knocking the recording, but a big part of why this forum has a good rep is that the smoke and mirrors surrounding content is generally pretty low. Please do keep contributing, but please don't be the dude who sets us all off wondering what's real and what isn't - that's a rabbit hole best left unexplored.
