Video needs brightening, will show outdoor hookup/s

Hello guys!

Not for the first time, I got a hot capture on my phone of a hookup in a dark area near a nightclub. Thing is, one of the Iphone 6's problems is that it's awful in the dark. So you cant see what would be, an awesome pretty close-up genuine candid video of a first-time, spontaneous amature shag...

Now it stands to reason, for what reason is worth with Iphones, that if you can filter sound recordings, that you can find apps that filter video. To that end, if anyone knows how to brighten a very dark video, please tell me how, and I will post it, if posting video is permitted.

PS. As it's outside, and taken close by, the sound of course is excellent. Any takers?

If you can export it onto your PC than VLC media player will let you tune it. In fact I was just cleaning up some scenes from a movie with it the other night.

Open VLC, load your video file, and under the tools drop down select "Effects and Filters"

Click on the "Video Effects" tab

Click on the "Image Adjust" and "Sharpen" checkboxes and you now have access to the sliders for brightness, contrast, gamma, you can also check on the other checkboxes for banding removal and film grain. You probably don't want that one on. But play with them. You should be able to clean up your video with that.
