Hi. I am new and keep getting error messages when I try to play the clips. Some clips work and some don’t.

Some more information might help to answer ... like which files, what does the error message say, do you play them online or do you download, which browser / device ...
If it is the usual iToy problem, you might find some help in the faq section already.

Online with an iPhone. After I hit the play button, it spins and then just says ‘error’
