Yes, the noise was reduced according to this paper, https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/2964284.2967306.
Very unfortunate, I have not kept the raw files. I was mortified by the idea that my bestie (we share everything, and she takes my stuff whenever she likes to) would find out my queer fetish...

Thanks LMU for the explanation. Indeed it`s sometimes more realistic to keep the original files as some artificial features are often introduced in the editing process. That`s why I like the original ones much more, although they might be more silent..

Getting the original raw file is the equivalent of a music producer that's been given the 1st generation multitrack studio tracks. Different people can do various things with it.
