Munich Octoberfest

Is anyone of you going to travel to octoberfest? Have you ever been there? Is it a good place to see/hear/record something?

I lived for 25 years in Munich and was always there but I don’t think that any good possibilities to record something are possible

Maby in the cheap hotels around the central station but other than very hard
( too much chaotic drunk people )
