Irish Landlady

A little backstory, this is from 10 years ago. I was renting a room and my landlady just had a new BF. For those that have lived in Ireland, you know the walls can be paper thin. This night I was up in my room and they were in the living room downstairs. I wanted some food so headed out onto the second floor landing and heard her moaning through the hallway walls. I grabbed my Ipad and turned on the recorder, went downstairs and placed it on the dining table in the kitchen next to the living room, grabbed something from the fridge and went back upstairs.
This is what it caught.

She: 28 years old at the time, tall (1.80 at least), long red hair, not the skinniest but definitely not even chubby, just, built for her height, and a decent pair of breasts.
He: Kinda looks like the dad in Married with Children I guess
