Re: My neighbour has a new boyfriend...
I'm working out of London until early next week and probably won't get a chance to edit and upload until I'm home, but just checking in to let you know that we have two new captures. The second one in particular is awesome! There's an unexpected twist in the tale here too. Audio and the how/when/where of it all coming ASAP.

Have you seen both of Rachels guys? And if so, could you briefly describe what they look like?

Re: My neighbour has a new boyfriend...
Oh don't worry about that I wouldn't do that. Was at a hotel last week and had my trusty recorder with me, didn't get a damn thing! Gods damn these nicer hotels. I guess people don't screw as much as at the cheap ones.

Re: My neighbour has a new boyfriend...
Sounds like one of those times I have had far too often when the recording equipment doesnt want to do its job or there is someone hovering in the corridor just when you know the action is about to start.
One of the bets recordings I managed was an MP3 player (creative MuVo) which I parked on the top of a windown frame in a hallway and left there for 3 hours. I wonder if you corridors lend themselves to having something discreetly left!
Great recordings thanks - good work

Re: My neighbour has a new boyfriend...
This weekend at the latest, I promise. Sorry for the gap in content people - real life has had me working my balls off. Those of you who know what I do to pay the bills will probably understand why the last thing I've felt like doing when I get home each night is work on more audio. From what I can remember, these sessions are worth the wait though.Firstbumm3r wrote:When are the new sounds coming Scott.

Re: My neighbour has a new boyfriend...
New Rachel content attached as promised. 28 minutes worth of it to be precise. Saddle up, Rachoholics!
So to refresh your memory, way back when in April, I got home and unexpectedly overheard a male voice and plenty of laughter coming from upstairs. From listening to that, and catching a much clearer snatch of conversation as they left the building shortly after, I was utterly convinced that this chap was not Chap. This guy had a much deeper huskier voice, quite a gravelly laugh, seemed to do a lot more talking, and seemed more confident with it. I would've bet my boots that it was a different guy.
Of course, having gotten you all and myself excited, I turned out to be wrong.
What we have here is Rachel, in company of our standard Chap who has the combination of a cold and possibly a career-related occupational hazard. You see, the next day a bike courier attempted to deliver a package for him when they were out, so of course I did the neighbourly duty of signing for the delivery and keeping it safe until they returned. A quick Google snoop revealed Chap to be an actor, and a reasonably successful one at that. To be absolutely certain, I took the delivery upstairs when they returned home. Yup, same old Chap, just sounding remarkably different. The conversation didn't flow naturally in the direction of finding out any more detail and I didn't want to push my luck, but my guess is that he'd been working on something somewhere that'd left his voice in tatters.
As far as this actual capture goes though, we do seem to have Chap with a renewed sense of purpose. I'm guessing that the talking more in spite of his voice trouble was the hallmark of a Chap out to impress, and the intention stayed with him until they went to bed. Tons of teasing, lots of kissing and talking between bouts of action, and some very intense reactions from Rachel in this one.
I can't understand the muttered dialog during, but for anyone who's struggling to make out her small talk at the end underneath the laughter, I got:
"You look absolutely knackered"
"You do, you look shattered"
"Awww, bless you, bless you"
The last two lines are a mystery to me, other than "No, I just wanted a shag" perhaps?
Coming up: Another intense capture from the following morning, in which I take the risk of leaving the recorder unaccompanied and Mr Unrecordable gets an earful of action

Re: My neighbour has a new boyfriend...
Well done Scott. Hope you are feeling relaxed after your stress at work.
They sounded as if they needed that. Bet you were excited starting to record and probably being able to hear they were already at it.
Sounds as if they might have a lot of catching up to do, so you will probably be hearing them every day.
