This is an interesting discussion happening---perhaps we need someone to start a poll on what types of sounds people like to hear and what excites them and why. I am a professionally trained musician so I record what is there to be recorded. This hotel is a love hotel to be sure. I am interested to know---if you were in a hotel and you heard the type of clear sound that is what this hotels gives me, would it not excite you? Would you simply walk away because it was too clear???? The clarity and the detail is what gets me excited ---and---when I stand by the door I can smell the aroma of the woman's perfume and sex!!!!!!! For me, recording and listening also serves a sociological and anthropological record of human sexuality. The Kinsey Report and the Netflix show try to present sex in scientific terms, but recordings---all the recordings people post here are the true record of human sexuality.

Right! And I would ask you and everybody to record what you like. We all find our "followers" here, the community is divers and I like it exactly like that. If I would be able and in the position to record my neighbors in better quality, I would do so. Please go on, your recordings are great.

ChocolateRideher, I've always thought you were the greatest and I greatly treasure my collection of your recordings. I grade the various recordings taken from this website and your recordings always get graded AAA. I have missed you a lot these last few months and hope you become active again.
I really prefer clarity in the audio. I like it when I seem to be standing close to the bed and can hear their breathing and moans .

I understand Chocolate to be somewhat disappointed, however Yeppie was just trying to give an explanation, more like a theory. He didn't even say that this was his own opinion, just a THOUGHT of what other users May possibly think.
It might not be what Chocolate wants to hear, but there is clearly No reason to be offended by Yeppie's theory, and to be honest, I find the reaction a bit childish. Sorry.

Same with the wish to get more applause for the recordings. I used to work in Entertainment business, and this reminds me of those artists who think they deserve more Fame. Sometimes it is hard to understand why some great artists had just a small audience, while a crappy one sells out huge venues. It may seem unfair, but fact is: for some reason the crappy ones sometimes have more appeal to the crowd, and No one can change this. Unfortunately no artist (or sexsound Recorder) has a right for a certain amount of applause. The audience decides. No one else.
Then the artist has 2 choices : either lose the fun in his art by griping about the unfairness of it all, or just appreciate the Joy He brings to his true hardcore Fans.

And what gets overseen a lot: we have different language backgrounds which leads to misunderstandings very often. I will try to take this into account more often.

Chocolate, trust me, don't... please don't question all your work and the quality of what you produce. Your recordings are perfect and precisely for the reasons you mentioned. You can hear everything, the breathing, the kisses and even the words. This is the most exciting thing about voyeurism, penetrating people's intimacy so deeply, and they must not realize it or know it.

Your recordings are the epitome of voyeurism. No one here wants you to change anything. Everyone is free to like or hate. If some people prefer to listen to shit, to take comfort in the fact that it's authentic (while your recordings are just as authentic, since your phone can be heard when you pass it under the door) that's up to them. Everyone is free to prefer the recordings of others or anyone.

For me, personally, you, Futtock, Million1 and Eatmedrinkme (and I may forget some, and I apologize) you are the best, because you make us live the scene as if we were there. When we listen to your recordings in the dark, with our eyes closed, we take your place and participate in a wonderful intimate moment that you offer us. So, for those who think that a clean, close and clear recording does not promote immersion in the scene, I want to tell you that it does not only work with you. We in any case, and I know that there are many of us despite the number of likes (and I have already criticized it here) we love it!
Carry on, Chocolate! Your recordings are the best and the sociological reasons you cited are totally in line with that.

I'm going to make an effort to understand you on the end of your reasoning, but since I'm like Chocolate a professional musician artist and I know perfectly well what you're talking about, man, it's not because shit is become an international standard that organic should not be seen as the pinnacle of good taste and good health.

At some point, it's not because 90% of people listen to and like shit, that shit is edible and that we must necessarily accept and no longer say that it is.

It's a bit like all these people today who refrain from expressing the slightest opinion, for fear of being treated as a bad person or a "judge" who has no right to "judge" the others.
Today, we confuse opinion with judgement. It was Marcel Pagnol who said this a very long time ago.
Me, I prefer people who tell me that what I do is crap, that it's indigestible, that it's childish and disgusting, that I have no talent and that I'm useless, rather than people who just say "I like it" or "I don't like it."

When will the people stop censoring themselves and assume their true opinions, with character and determination. I respect people who are raw and who give their opinion more, because unlike those who are politically correct, they show a real personality, real sensitivities and it is to their credit.

Oh and to add a bit to the discussion, I really don't care about a recording being super clear, having white noise or really faint sounds. My imagination does the most for me and your recordings offer a great bit to imagine about.
