How do you convert from vocaroo or soundgasm to MP3?

To download from these sites I use the Video Download Helper add-on in Firefox. For converting (if needed) there are a number of tools available.

Just bit curious..why did you need to use a video download helper add in to firefox? Isnt there a download button right there on vocaroo, then you just rename the file?

Didn´t check vocaroo but only the player here ... still video download helper is a good tool for soundgasm
