Hmm...I had another listen and couldn't make out a second female voice in part 2 of Room 513.
Maybe her voice just sounds different because they moved locations/positions in
the room?
Or maybe you're right, there are two females, and explains why she says at 12:02 - my favourite bit - in part 1:
