This couple (or the guy at least) have used the next door
apartment for sex at least once before. I saw the same man leaving
the apartment after a session a few months ago, but I didn't get
the chance to record that particular session. This time, however,
I was more prepared.

I noticed the couple took great trouble to ensure that they weren't
seen together. I heard the woman enter the apartment first (some time after
11am); the man arrived a few minutes later on a motorbike, which he left
close to the apartment, on the edge of the complex. When they were
preparing to leave, I saw the man opening the balcony shutters and

close-by. Then they left (at separate times) via the balcony instead

were some tourists close to their front door at the time.) The woman
departed the complex in a car she had left before in the residents'

The man sounded local and was perhaps in his early or mid-forties. He was
quite tall, scruffy-looking, tanned, and wore shorts and a T-shirt. The woman
had a slight foreign accent and was in her late twenties or early thirties.
She wore a white blouse and a blue skirt. She was of medium height and
build, and had blondish hair, perhaps longer than shoulder length.

Once the man arrived, they began to have sex almost immediately. As you
will hear in part 1, the man started pounding away before the woman even
got a chance to take her shoes off. They tended to stop and start a lot,
e.g. at the end of part 1, they stopped so that the woman could answer
her cell phone.

They occupied the apartment for about two hours.

The annoying mechanical noise you can hear in part 2 is the exterior air
conditioning fan.

Two are from next door. The first one is very good - a new young couple.
