how do I get to the sound file?

Sometimes my heartbeat pounds so loud in my ears that I can't hear anything. It's especially hot if I'm in a position to enjoy the noise in the safety of my own room, no interruptions or fear of being caught listening. On the other hand, especially bad if my wife is with me and won't stop talking....
