I have caught three couples so far in my apartemnt building, one of them moved away, so I have only two left. From them they are my favorite, the are mid to end thirty and attractive. I have caught them so far three time including this one. This is probably the best recording of them. It was yesterday and I was checking them and found light at the door crack. I thought the would start later as they have not had the lights on at the last times. So I went up to my apartement but came back some minutes later and they were at it already. I guess they could not have been longer at it than 5 minutes, so I have got almost the whole action. The whole record is 20 minutes but I cut it a bit. You can hear her say playfully at the very end after she had her loud climax: "That was all faked." They had alot of fun, maybe you can guess which positions and other things they did.

Hi! Exciting wet recordings, I've got MF House 2013-07-17 and 2013-11-12
About your Olympus LS3. Background noise can be heard especially when using headphones, some of it seems to come from the device itself though, that's what I'm interested in to know more about. Do you have a more clear recording without too much noise in the background?

thanks for you reply, you should also listen to the first recording of this neighbours 2013-04-22, that should be in the Archive.
Regarding your question, I am not sure which function of the Olympus LS3 I could use to decrease this kind of noise, maybe some of the experts like Scott know it. There are various functions with the Olympus: low cut filter, zoom mic, noise cancellation, 'euphony-function', i am aware that one can hear the elevator and downstair entree during the recording but not sure how to tackle it....could use the low cut filter with 100Hz. Of course I can work on the file afterwards via post-processing but I would prefer to find a solution from the beginning of a recording.

Correct, it's always better to find a solution from the beginning. I suggest to do some test recordings first. Sometimes it's better with some background noise since valuable sounds might get lost thanks to the filter. Now I only have a cell phone with low quality recording on video, it's better than nothing of course, but I wonder how much better it could be with a device like yours. There's many models of Olympus LS. Newer models doesn't necessarily have to be better and on the latest models the third microphone is replaced with a video camera. I don't know how useful the third microphone is though. After watching reviews on Youtube I guess I would choose LS-3 before LS-100. Still the video option is interesting. Apart from that it's important to know whether there will be internal noise from the device itself.

"Sometimes it's better with some background noise since valuable sounds might get lost thanks to the filter."
That is exactley my concern, thats why i am reluctant to use filter. I would recommend you the LS3, its high Quality but not the top model LS100. The LS3 is about 130euro while the LS100 costs about 400Euro. Nobody starts with the top model. And if you only need it for this hobby 400,- is pretty expensive.
I would be curious what others say about this last recording of mine.

You can definitely activate the 100Hz cut and not lose anything from these recordings. Even the 300Hz would probably be safe. I don't think it'll do much to decrease the elivator doors or lower the noise floor of the device itself, but it'll definitely help to cut back on that constant low-end that's present in the environment - sounds like either heating or perhaps the power for the elivator.
To reduce the actual noise floor, the only solution is to record at much lower gain so that the Olympus preamps aren't adding as much hiss, and raise the volume post-processing. To be honest though, unless you've got access to decent plugins and know what you're doing, it won't make a big difference. Olympus don't make the quietest gear ever, but for the price and convenience, it's pretty good.
BTW, I understand why they're your favourite couple in the building. She's intense, and a lot of fun to listen to.

Yes, its the power of the elevator, and we have a big entrance downstairs and you can hear peple coming and slamming that huge door.
I will take on your advide and use the 100hz filter from now on. After the next recording we can decide if I shoud use the 300hz filter.
i am glad you like the couple, the girl seems to be quite outgoing and active.

yes please tell me after listening what you think about the April 22, recording.
