I think we have a fair concept here: everything is available to every member for free for at least three month (and usually for more than that) and if you want older files without contributing actively, you pay a little amount to access the huge archives.
A fast and big enough server doesn´t come for free, so please understand that repeatedly asking members for re-uploads isn´t welcome.
