ok, i guess i'll be the killjoy here. this is one of those rare times i wish i hadn't read the story before i listened to the recording. i get where from you're point of view, dxm, it was hella awkward, but i would not have picked that up from listening to the file -- though i'd still have noticed that kelsey is a whole lot more vocal in it than barbara.

but the story did put a damper on the listening for me. i've actually had experiences where i've been with someone and they want to try something new sexually, and i really don't think i want to but i don't want to be a killjoy so i say ok, and then find myself in the middle of something where i am not having fun but don't want to be the person that just leaves in the middle. which isn't the fault of my partner, if anything it's my fault for not having said at the outset, "i'll pass." but it still sucks.

all of which is to say that had i not read the story, it would have been easy to lie back and picture myself being loud, fun, happy kelsey, but instead i kept picturing myself being sad, awkward barbara.

so... go have those two threesomes with kelsey so i can go enjoy myself, damn it!!!
