You really did your research
We need to crowdfund a hotel for this purpose

... and if we then add a salary on top for the expert collecting the sounds we will develop completly new business options

oooooo... I like this idea.
I'll work for free - just provide a room for me to live in!

When there is a reliable source it makes a lot of sense to partake in this sort of fieldwork. very black ops

No way. I love Futtock's collection. Not competition - I'm just obsessed with hearing sex in close proximity!
Thanks for the kind words, gekko!
Some great sounds here. That must be some hotel!

Even then hall wanderings are required and there is still the problem with finding concealment, mic confiscations etc..
I don't bother concealing the recorder. I just place it in the optimal position and stand poised to retrieve it and run at a moment's notice. That's why I look for places with good escape routes and where you can hear people coming (in the non sexual sense
) before they see you. Plus you can enjoy the 'performance' more. Live music is always better than recorded, so they say.

Live music is deffo better than recorded. I have been lucky enough to get a fair bit of both through the years. The problem with live music is that you can only be in 1 place at a time so potentially miss most and apart from experience & nerves of steel, luck is needed too..

I've been doing a mix. I am holding at 4 recorders now - I try to plant 3 hidden USB's to pick up what I would otherwise miss; and keep one with me for finding something live in which I copy Futtock's method.. Live is WAY better!

Not spectacular, but found it on a USB I picked up late AM on my way to checkout from that evening. Listen carefully and there is some nice content

thanks Gekko - despite the distance, this is actually my favourite. her moans reminded me momentarily of my neighbour (no new sounds since last year before anyone asks......much to my/our chagrin)
