Brilliant, I'm a returner to this site after a long break. Think I need to put some of my stuff up, mainly camping stuff at festivals some quiet so you have to work for your thrill but I like those to. Thanks for your post gekko, and thanks for sharing the tips about hiding recorders, mine are silver so stand out but haven't lost any yet

Some of the very best ones are from a distance, requiring some detective work.

Stev4181 - I am very much looking forward to hearing your files - some of my favorites are camp/festival recordings. In my '20s I took a solo hike through a local forest and man what a recording it would have been - 1-1/2 hours straight of off and on lovemaking - it was during a work day so couple thought they had the entire region to themselves. And it got more and more and more intense - toward the end I thought the poor girl was getting turned inside out! Sounded several times like she was in pain, but a few minutes after they would finish, she'd be goading and giggling him back to start in on her again. Someday they may have the tech to turn memories into audio files! Had I captured that would have been the recording of the century!

Thanks, great recordings indeed!
Could you refer us to the 3M tape advice?
Otherwise it seems you have a consistent method - do you identify couples at reception, as three recorders were left with a great hit-rate... And do you book into hotels on likely days, or visit without being checked in, or something else..
Hope you don't mind me asking, most of mine are from windows or outside, I've never done motel/etc recording. I know, it's shameful XD
Thanks again

18C1 and 18C2. How in the world did you get this, Gekko? Sure sounds like he starts out with a slow eatout on her and she's enjoying every minute.
