Why do you think so?
You can listen to all of the files here. If you use an iPhone, that might be a problem. You don´t need to comment for listening.

I have Android too and I just listen to any of the files whenever I´d like to and without sending comments. I never heard of this problem before.

Files before May 22 have been archived so you´d need a subscription for these. But there are always between 5 and 7 gb of files in the free forum.
