yes, personally I use the "night fox", not necessarily the best, but the price which is affordable.
Last week I was able to film a young couple in a car, however there is no sound.

So you use the phone and binoculars together to film? Do you upload those anywhere?

I use the binoculars to see and if possible record a video but no sound.
For the sound, I have a usb key, but there is not much near my house at the moment.
