New Server - Announcement of transfer and possible downtime

Besides some necessary optimizations in the mysql settings it were only a few changed settings in the phpbb configuration that did the trick.

Occasionally I found, that links in the last sentence of the main page of sexsoundlovercs.cc ("Read more about the Community and how to become a Member") give 404 error. Actually, it was first time ever I clicked them, so I do not know, whether they worked before the server changes, but now they are broken.
