Why are these videos age-restricted while weird-ass videos of, say, stripping transvestites are not?

The YouTube police must be a very strange bunch indeed...

There were a korean series called 어른학교 독서감상문 but got deleted on Youtube(you can still find the picture of it by searching these korean words), it once got re-uploaded so there must be other sources. Could anyone share it?

That's Clayton Cubitt making a joke. The woman in the photo he posted is the American Christian conservative senator Katie Britt, from Alabama. The image is taken from her televised response to the president's State of the Union address in March, 2024, which she delivered from what appeared to be a kitchen. He's riffing on the fact that, when converted to black and white, the video has similar framing to one of his Hysterical Literature videos. You can probably find the video on YouTube, but I promise you it's not nearly as interesting as the other videos being discussed in this thread.
