A since-fired substitute teacher in Wellston, Oklahoma, who happens to be the wife of the
local police chief and the daughter of the local mayor, faces an upcoming trial in October for alleged
sex offenses against a 15-year-old male student. Emma Delaney Hancock was hit with another legal
threat — a civil lawsuit the boy’s father filed. Hancock is now firing back at the alleged victim’s dad,
demanding that he pay her defense legal fees in the lawsuit. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks

Michelle Solis, 46, has admitted to locking the door of her classroom in Gridley, California, and
having sex with one of her 8th-grade students on his graduation day. The sexual assault happened
in June 2021 but the incident didn't come to light for more than two years. At first, Solis denied it
happened but Instagram messages revealed she'd sent the boy nude photos. Law&Crime's Angenette

An Australian teacher is under fire after allegedly admitting to having an inappropriate relationship
with a 17-year-old student. Tayla Brailey is accused of using Snapchat to lure the teen into an affair
by sending lewd photos and videos. Brailey also allegedly had sex with the student in the back seat
