Neighbors Slovakia

Hi I am fairly new here.
So there was some moving and construction above us and I thought we would get new neighbors. And we did.
Saw the couple leave the building the other day and she is about 160cm, curly long brown hair, really cute with nice ass.
The dude is probably 185cm, no hair.
Was laying in my bed when I heard some laughs. The walls are pretty thin. I managed to record them on my phone. There is some background noise, If somebody would clear it up and possibly increase the volume that would be great.
Warning: loud noise at the start and at the end. 15seconds
Thanks.

It's always a nice fun, to read all these people who's asking to clear up and possible get an audio which is basically dirty and poor. Just like we're magician and could remake the record from the beginning. So, as a sound engineer, i repeat. FIrst, when we're work on another thing than Wave, there is a lot of information which is missing and the file is already badly compressed so nothing to work on. Second, when you're recording with a bad material and in bad quality, because there is wall or because it's far far far away from the source, you won't get an audio just like you're in the front just because you gonna increase the volume or something like that. When you're increasing the volume, all you do is getting the noise up and in your mind, you may think that it's better, because we have this bad habit who wants we think that more is loud more is better, but in the real it's not. It's just dirt. Third and at least, stop thinking that because you gonna use a bad software just like this funny Audacity (which is make me laugh because i used this toy in 2004 just once) you're working on a sound and make it better. It's not because you gonna apply an E.Q that you gonna have something more or least. The EQ is working on the sound we have at the beginning. If you have shit in, you gonna have shit out, even if you're using 10 000 super computer and the best sound engineer in the world.
That's what i wanted to say since a long, and could not shut my mouth anymore.

Nice recording
even though as said, with a better equipment it would be even more interesting to heart the spicy details
Bratislava sounds quite activy city!

Attached is my pass at cleaning this up using Audacity, basically normalized to damp the loud noises at start and end and a bit of filtering an very mild noise reduction.
<< edited to delete file with wrong name see next post for file >>
While it is true that the results depend on the source it it also true that:
1: Not all devices provide access to uncompressed data, especially for naive users.
as close to original is always best if processing is required.
2: It is often the case that getting closer or better placement is simply not possible so must works with what is available.
3: Most members are likely not in a position to justify "pro" equipment or software.
4: I can think of many programs that have improved in last 18 years. Any suggestions of truly free programs other than Audacity are welcome.

Simply increasing the volume does not change the signal to noise ratio as long as the output is not compressed or clipped.
If some sections have different amplification it is no different than manually riding the gain except you are less likely to get blasted by a loud noise.
While frustrating at times Audacity does offer many useful plugins such as a dedicated hum remover (select-able 50/60Hz and harmonic count).
On some clips a simple notch filter can abe used to remove a background whine from a fan or similar.
I usually apply a high pass filter to remove low end rumble if present, also helps a bit on overactive headboard bumps.
The spectral view is handy for spotting action in long clips.
From examples others have provided Audition DeNoise is far superior to Audactiy NR which requires careful tweaking to avoid artifacts and even then
is only marginally effective at times.
I do not at all claim to be an proficient audio engineer, just like to noodle around to see what can be found and cant justify real money on this.
