So let's say if you were staying at a hotel or casino hotel and you happen to have a room booked for a couple of nights and decided to talk a wall around the guest floor and just happen to come across a room where the tv is up ( Loudly ) to the point where you can hear a girl moaning inside and is getting fucked on the bed. would it be a good idea to stand outside the door and masturbate or is that too risky? especially with people coming and out of their rooms including the elevators? how long do you think it's worth standing outside the door while masturbating?

I wouldn't recommend that at casino hotels. They have cameras in the hallways. Smaller hotels are usually better. But if you're going to jack outside a couple's hotel room door, there's a number of things you need to do first:
1) Make sure there's no cameras (obviously)
2) Monitor the guest traffic on that floor (you can do that usually by one of two ways; either by noise in neighboring rooms or by the "Do Not Disturb" signs on the doors. That means those guests are trying to have some peace and quiet and you probably won't hear a peep from them the whole night.)
3) Also depending on the time of day. Obviously you can't control when a couple decides to bang but usually the later hours in the evening to early night are best. You'll have less people walking around. Unless there's a conference or some event in the hotel.

I don't know that from experience. Those are just general common sense rules. Use your own judgment.

Perhaps oddly, I wouldn’t mind at all if some dude or gal had done this listening to me and my wife (or a girlfriend years ago). But me doing it is just a step to far. Listening to a couple in the next room though the connecting door. sure. But out in the hallway? Not even taking into a count chances of getting caught by hotel or seen by other guests, it just seems uncool to me. YMMV.

That is the kind of behavior that moves this kink/hobby from passive to active. It would be both gross for the people in the room, and give the world who thinks anybody who partakes in listening as a dangerous pervert more ammo. Just stick to listening and if you have to pull your pud, do it in your own room, behind your own locked door. I did this once long ago with my live in girlfriend. I was supposed to be out all night and the following day for an office trip. I had to return as one of the vehicles met with an accident on the way.
It must be wee hours in the morning when I got at the door, and I see my girlfriend with another man I knew having wild sex.
