I have noticed this on a few other files, the displayed time in the browser player is longer than the sounds when downloaded.
An attempt to jump to a location past the actual end causes an immediate jump to start.
Likely a bug/confusion in code that detects the (time) length of the attachment.

It was more obvious in this case since the real length is correctly displayed in the original.

Yes. At least 2 couples can be heard, and a child cries from one of the rooms.
