Introducing a new member of the neighborhood

So I have come to a conclusion: an A/C unit in a window is a window that is always open, never looked out of, and often gives a clear indication where the bedroom is. If you have a apartment with a living room and a sleeping room and only one unit, where will you put it? So I thought I would go and test out this intuition.
Enter our new heros: A young couple (very early 20s) given a house to live in from their parents, who also live in the neighborhood. Incidentally, they also gave their older daughter a house of her own when she got married. I fancied her for quite a while, and it's a shame that she got the nice house that doesn't offer similar access. Now, this is not some posh rich kid house, it probably has less square footage than a 2-car garage and was built and expanded by various home owners over the years, making it distinctly odd in shape and layout. However, as best as I can tell, they have a living room that has a sleeping loft above it and a bathroom in the basement. So, I was not far off in my estimate. The window in question has a large bush growing by it, and the perpetually uncut grass is a deer highway, so it's a safe spot to walk up, place a unit to collect later with little suspicion. I got a unit that runs for more than a week with no trouble for the purpose, and I feel that is far more likely to be noticed by wildlife than the couple.
I will be calling this pair the McNerdlys. They are both young, fairly plain looking (they both seem happy to wear jeans and tee-shirts at all times, generally lose and baggy in cut), slim and shy. Both have dark hair, his short and messy, hers long and straight. They don't often leave their house, are never outside unless walking to her sister's house, and seem to spend a lot of time getting stoned, playing video games, watching old movies and playing board games. They had a super in-depth discussion on Hogwarts Legacy that spoiled stuff that I hadn't gotten to yet (and come on! I was laid off and didn't have a ton else going on except that game!).
They are super into each other and comfortable spending all their time together in a way that is kind of endearing. However, it did make for a rather laborious process to find when they were getting down to it vs when they were just hanging out smoking. Also, they will certainly have that A/C running until late fall, so the couple of hits I got will be all for now, but it will give me something to look forward to as cold weather comes back around.
The first hit probably is the lowest quality; but it still has some nice sounds. She is more of a giggler than a moaner, as you will hear.
A couple sighs start the file, and then sounds are lost in the background for a little bit. Kisses and slurps happen until around 4:00, when some moans start. There are sounds of wind, cars, planes and dogs that drown things out, but that is the late-winter sound environment this is recorded in. The best and loudest bits are after 9:00.
