Recently recorded my upstairs neighbors the best I can their room is right above mine, audio is not the best but you can hear some, maybe someone can be a kind soul and clean the audio some?

Can't get it to play.

Here is my best effort. It's still difficult to know what's going on exactly but it is easier on the ears.

kind of hard to make out what's going on with your neighbors upstairs as it sounds like just a lot of " Thumping " here and there with little moaning so it's a little difficult to hear what they are doing above you due to all of that sound proofing gut good Job though of trying so giving credit to you where credit is due.

It's been a little while since I have seen an *.ogg file. I remember when that was going to save big copyright from taking all of it music from us.

Good try on the file! Upstairs is hard to record.

We had a short .ogg discussion last year. Good format but does not play on some mobile devices so .mp3 is the best option here, still.
