some minor changes

What has changed since the start of this community:
You can add up to 3 attachments to a single message. There is a limit of [b]120 mb[/b] for all attachments (limit for single files is set to [b]8 mb[/b]). There is a personal upload limit of 20mb which can and will be removed for every active member (please let me know if i forgot) - only if your uploads are totally crap, it won´t be removed (but maybe your account) Twisted Evil .
When the files reach the 120 mb capacity limit (usually if we have more than 100 mb), the files will be moved to yeppie.org. i won´t delete all files here at once but usually (again) leave around 50mb. So it´s sort of first in, first out. In the pasttime files have been in the free community section for at least one week.
