On the apt complex, some are used as Airbnb. I'm not sure if they are new or just temporary. These are some new sounds from this week's activity after 11 pm. Some are long, and in most cases, the wild activity has gaps between them (I recommend patience or that someone creates a timeline with the, mmm, highlights). I think the couple is from the US due to some conversations and the accent (not sure if that can be appreciated on the records).

There are some undesired construction noises, vehicle noises, and a noisy neighbour who exercises/walks at night due to her working schedule in the hospital).
