Flagged as spammer (please help)

Hi, I was trying to buy access to the archives which I was part of a while back, and for some reason it was showing an error message so I retried multiple times and when I went to support on the forum for help it said I was flagged as a spammer. please any help would be appreciated

Can you help to sort it out ... which error message did you get from ccbill and on which forum have you been flagged as a spammer? Not on this one I guess as you could send this message. Somewhat puzzled but interested in understanding
