Yah I know... I have too much spare time on my hands....

Went through the member database.... of the 630 members, about 580 are lurkers with 0 posts?!

C'mon people.... I know at least one of ya's has to be around someone or know someone that makes a lil noise in the sack :)

So Sorry :-(

Love the site!!
Ive been looking for somthing like this for ages.
Unfortunatly I have nothing to contribute in the way of sounds. I would like to post the wife an I ,but things here are lets say "not optimal" right now. And on top of that I dont think she would be ok with it. As far as recording us with out her knowing well thats just somthing I couldn't do. But when i am next out of town and in a hotel I will see what I can do. I cann't tell you how much sleep I've lost on vaca with my ear pressed to the wall ;-)

Welcome Aboard!

Uum, how about on the bottom?
"I cannot tell you how much sleep I've lost on vacation with my ear pressed to the wall"
;-) Maybe a voice activated recorder would help?
Seriously, there are a lot of ways to contribute if you cannot record. I am in the same boat, actually disabled. Just hangout and find ways to help the board! Not to mention posting silly messages such as this...
lhn

Even if you're not able post original material there are some things that can help...

Offer feedback on the recordings posted
Discuss past audio voyeur experiences
Recommend equipment or software that might be of interest

I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to assist/support the community.

Hi there,
Apologies for being amongst the lurking majority.
Whilst i have some audio recording kit here at home, I don't currently have the go ahead from the other half to post anything, so forgive me for not betraying that trust.
The neighbours are hopeless :(
If that situation ever changes you guys will be the first to know :)
(fingers crossed eh)

I think the point about contributing in other ways is well made and I'll try and help with some software/ recording comments as and when.

A big thankyou to those who are posting material. It's nice to know there's others out there :)

Welcome to the group and thanks for your post!

No worries about being able to contribute... we are all aware that not all members have the opportunity, etc to be able to contribute their own sounds.... but assistance is always helpful (I am starting to think Tig may need help with all my Thailand files.... think he has 4 out of 15 done so far...haha.... maybe he will be finished by my next Thailand trip)..lol.

It would be interesting to know what the statistic is right now, how is the ratio of contributors and lurkers out of the total members in 2014.

Click on Members, then sort by postings -> 770 of 10314 members have written at least one message. That doesn´t seem to be too much but compared to other boards, we´re still doing ok. And more important: the average number of daily postings has changed from 3 to 4 in 2011 to about 10 now. Even on days without Audio having too much time on his hands ;-)

The issue with the two captures I personally have is that they are both of American couples that spend the majority of their time laughing and chatting to each other in between orgasms. Lovers in love and having fun in bed. I would have to edit the living daylights out of both files to get anything approaching a "legal" file that would be acceptable for posting on the site.

So, just to check I'm understanding this correctly - it's fine for you to expound your subjective criticism of everyone elses submissions, but your own stuff is too good for this place?

Hilarious.

There are ways to reduce focus on or slightly muffle content without destroying the vibe by editing it out. Not techniques I've ever used in my submissions to SSL, but these techniques get used a lot in post production to mask destructive environments etc. If you need help making these captures of yours anonymous enough to upload, I for one would be happy to do the job. If nothing else, maybe we'll eventually get to understand what the holy grail of audiovoyeurism sounds like.

I am afraid only Quadrophenia will ever have the pleasure, good taste and understanding to know exactly that..
(nothing like our recordings of couples faking it)

But good to hear Quadrophenia that you have something yourself that you have not yet been able to find on this forum yet. Everybody happy after all...
