Hi guys

This is my first one, hopefully more to come. I've been living in this complex for about 9 months and surprisingly I haven't caught anything until now. One night around 2am I was headed out to my car when I was hit with the sounds from my neighbor's unit two doors down. I rushed back inside to get my recorder but unfortunately what I actually captured wasn't as good as what I originally heard (they were much louder and more active, clearly they couldn't wait enough to get to the bedroom). I dropped the recorder in hallway then waited in my unit for a couple minutes. Sorry I didn't wait longer I'll do better next time.

Neighbor is a white guy early 20s with medium length black hair. I rarely even see this guy he's likely in college but he's a fit guy roughly about 5'11. I've never seen him with any women, but he's a handsome guy I'm sure he gets plenty of women.
(Sidenote: I'm a straight male. I'm just honest and don't see any wrong in assuming women find another guy attractive)

Sounds like a great neighbor to have! Now that you know about him I hope you find more opportunities! This seems like a very promising situation!!
