Daughter & boyfriend open window

I havent been window-sound hunting for years but a couple weeks ago on one of those hot British evenings I decided to go for a wander around the newbuilt estate here in the village. I had my eyes on a couple who had their bedroom window wide open and although they didn't deliver, I did catch something else.
I walked past a house where I personally know the residents. The mother is probably early 50s, I know her fairly well. She's quite a milf and if she was 10-15 years younger I would have fancied her. I have briefly talked to the man of the house. They also have a son who's about 16 and then 2 older kids who have moved out in recent years (18-20 y.o).
Now I think i caught the 20yo daughter whilst upstairs with her boyfriend, staying over for Bank Holiday weekend. It was not the parents as the dad was visibly downstairs. In fact at some point the dad literally comes outside through the front door and stands there for a bit. He's only 5 yards or so from me but he cannot see me as I am placed just around the corner at that time. My shadow is visible on the pavement from the streetlight but I am aware the bushes/low hedge will block his view of that, so i remain safe. After a bit he goes back in.
It wasn't a particularly clever exercise as where l am standing I can still be seen from several houses in 3 directions so with a bit of bad luck I got filmed whilst perving there /acting suspicious right by some house.
The recording is quite long as the action is stretched.
They are quite audible but never get to a wild climax or anything. I suppose the backstory is better than the actual recording, but worth listening to/uploading.
