New Year's morning

My first recording & post -- critique is most welcome. Just got a new Canon digital camera that takes decent video and audio, so thought I'd try it out after a New Year's Eve party at a downtown Portland, OR hotel. Unfortunately, didn't catch any quality sounds from the adjoining room until morning (shouldn't have partied so late I guess! )
Placed the camera in a small box lined with foam and pointed it at the adjoining room door. Used a free wave editor to extract the audio from the video and then mucked with parametric EQ to quiet down the annoying hums and hiss frequencies. I'm pretty pleased with the results considering the equipment.
Enjoy!
