No you don't need to join them. Because of the size of the files you might need to wait between downloads but as they all are on two different sharing sites, you can download the first two immediately. The files are only temporarily parked on sharing sites until some technical problems have been solved with the archives.
If you experience any trouble downloading from Oron and/or Rapidshare, please let me know and I will provide a solution as soon as I return from a business trip (next weekend).
