Google shows 26.100.000 results for "convert AMR" ... I use AVS Audio Converter for all kinds of conversions.

Freemake Video Converter is good. http://www.freemake.com/
There's a tab especially for audio, including AMR
There's also a stand-alone program called Freemake Audio Converter

i also use AVS Audio Converter for this task!

The AVS converter looks neat, but it gives me the attached errors when i try to install. Any advice?

mmh, i dont know, but you could write to their support, i had no problems installing it
