Welcome to the group.

There is probably too much background garbage to do much with this, but in order to even try to do something we will need the raw file before you did any alteration or filtering. With that amount of background noise it will be very difficult to filter it out without losing the stuff you are trying to save. If you do have the raw files I will give it a shot.
