Hate to disagree, but to me she sounds more like Joan Cusack...especially the "Gawd" part....just my opinion

I know this is way late, but I just came across your recordings of your brunette neighbor. What an incredible time you must have had recording these. Incredible! Does she and her boyfriend still live there? Are they still that loud? I'd love to hear more recordings.
