Well, not to the archive but you can upload to the forum just like all the other contributing members do - that´s how the files appear in all those messages:
If you write a message, you will find the "upload attachment" tab below the submit button. Choose the file you want to attach, click on "Add file", wait until it is uploaded and then either attach another file (up to 3 per message) or send your message.

This is about as good as it gets in my book! Probably the best I have ever heard. Let's hope your friends visit more often. Thank You!
