through the letterbox

Hi all
The neighbours up the road from me live in a terrace where the front door leads onto the street (very English design) They also have a letterbox flap that has seen better days and hangs at an angle leaving a nice gap to push ones ear against or a recorder (my fone) You can hear me breathing a bit im afraid, as my ear and said fone are jockying for position next to flap. I was afraid of being caught as i was in plain view so didnt stay too long... im sure i can get more of this couple.. Him mid 30s eastern european looking, her same age pretty looking and slim.. brunnette bob hair.. and drives a new Beetle! Enjoy my first effort

Hi,
Haven't posted for some while and it's partly sound related, but more on that another time.
Thanks for the clip listenguys, as although the action isn't very pronounced, it's obviously really genuine and I like clips that are obviously real best of all. I also appreciate the big risk you took and the risk of being caught or even being seen sounds high. Made me smile at your audacity to even try it!
If you wanted to capture more in future, would this idea help and lessen the risk? Maybe create a little cradle for the phone with a discreet hook that you could hang on the letterbox. That way you could lurk a little way off and grab your phone if anyone came by. I know it's still risky and the risk of getting caught or even loosing your phone is still high, but it might help. It wouldn't be as obvious as you with your ear to the box
!
I'm not asking you to risk getting caught, but if you do record more I look forward to hearing what you capture. Thanks again for the clip.

Words of wisdom indeed, emmpet. A lot of us find the real captures from "down the hall" to be ten times more exciting than the prearranged stuff.... but it takes a lot of guts to successfully pull it off.

Good catch, easy enough to hear the action (although you breathing in the phone didn't help).
Why not buy a memory stick recorder for 7-8 pound? Put it down; walk away and pick it up either later in the night or the next day. It hasn't got your phone number on it, it is tiny and waterproof and the recording quality is great, probably better than any phone or mp3 player. Not the end of the world either if you lose it.
Just my 2 cents...
Plenty choice on ebay

PT tiempo... I grant you its not a porno soundtrack like some appear to be here (a few of yours have been accused of this) but to say you cant hear anything is a fricking joke man!! I suggest you cotton-bud your earsand try to be a bit more grateful that people actually post real stuff like this here

Listenguys -- Please don't misunderstand..... I for one am VERY grateful for the offerings on this site and I positively appreciate all submittals, especially the guys that risk life and limb getting captures from down the hall. All I'm saying is I prefer the noisy, distant captures from down the hall as opposed to couples prearranged submittals. You'll NEVER hear me slamming a post here...... that would be rude and wrong.

Round of applause for you... If the world was full of people like you it would be a fabulous place x

I urge you to not make recordings in this way. It's clearly illegal and you can come to a great deal of grief if caught.
Since you apparently live nearby you risk being labelled as a pervert in your neighbourhood, even though you were only spotted and not turned over to the law.
It's safe enough, though, if you are within your own home and can overhear someone, no law's broken.
I believe, but don't know for sure, that what you can see or hear from a public place, like a side walk, or a hotel corridor is also fair game, as the one's being seen or heard can pull the blinds, or hold the sound level down.
However when you cross onto private property, or drill holes through walls to see or hear what's going on in someone's else's property you risk being arrested, and shunned by your neighbours.
Like others in this group I enjoy erotic sounds and sights, but to take the risk of being caught and arrested just isn't worth the risk.
So if you do continue what you have done and get found out, please remember what I told you, after you've had to find a new place to live in order to escape your neighbour's cold stares.

I totally understand the opinion. If that's the way it should be..... then the top page introductory remarks on the front page of this website should be totally changed, because it's giving the exact OPPOSITE impression and opinion than what you just stated. That top page has comments like: ""have you ever listened to lovers down the hall"" and what not. If you're right than it's time to take those impressions out of the top page of this site.

Sorry listenguys, I appreciate your effort but I can´t leave a clearly illegal recording on on this site. fynens pointed out the difference between what´s ok and what not quite well. If we cannot oversee that this line has been crossed, we have to protect ourselves and this community. The site had to be closed once before for similar reasons and I have been personally threatened. I hate to remove a recording but I do hope most of you can understand my motives.

This raises an interesting question...
I have just spent some time editing both new Rachel and new neighbour content here. Given that there's a multipage thread with backstories describing my methods which are similarly illegal, should that series be pulled down too? Where is the line exactly, because from here, it seems like I've crossed it in almost every contribution lol.
Should probably point out that I'm not posting this to argue with Yeppie's decision, I'm asking because I don't want to put the site in danger. Fairly sure Yeppie knows me well enough to understand that, but just for the record.
