In this recording I think, she is doing it. But the sound ist very bad. It sounds like too much compression or something.
Sometimes I use the 'Smart Voice Recorder' App on my phone and convert the recordings with VLC. The results are much better than this.

The 'Smart Voice Recorder' produces only WAV-Files. With the VLC-Media Player (Freeware) I convert it to mp3 (128 Kbit/s is good quality). I dont recognize any different to the original files.
Is the sound of your original recorded file (WAV) similar to the mp3, you posted above ? So it is possible, that the quality of your phone is not the best.

@7inch - thanks. I have used Audacity today. It's great because you have a lot of tools do get a better quality. And also to convert into MP3.
As I see right now: yes, I am German too.

Out of interest, which phone are you using to record this? Might help us to recommend some options for future captures.
