Talking for hours

Hello together,
I was travelling once more, this time in the Bielefeld area. During my stay I passed a room where I heard a loud conversation going on and placed a recorder. I recorded two times 1 hours. The first hour was only chatting, the second one too....so I decided to stop it. Checking the 2nd file I discovered that I picked up the recorder in the mid of their session...what a pitty! I rushed back and started a 3rd recording, but it was only him cumming and they restarted their conversation (it was already 2:30 in the morning!).
So at least, here the part that was worth sharing...I think she already came but am interested in your opinion.....

While I understand that this type of material interests some members, just a quick reminder of the rules:
viewtopic.php?f=47&t=1333
That said, look forward to your future material as long as it abides by the forum rules
Thanks!
To keep the Community away from trouble, please stick to these rules.
When recording people, publishing your results is a delicate matter - that is why we have to be careful what we are doing. In general, don't do any harm to anybody.
(1) Do not post illegal files such as
- Containing minors
- Copyright protected files
- Sound recordings made using covert equipment, hidden mics, bugs and similar devices
- As law differs from country to country, stick to your local rules also
(2) When recording your neighbors (whether in hotels or at home), stick to (1).
If your neighbors enjoy their activities loud enough to be heard from outside their location (that is for example from your room), we love to hear that.
(3) Please respect your actors' privacy
- No recording of conversation (that does not mean "uuuhh aaaahh baby")
- No images (and videos) showing faces or other details if the person did not agree to the posting

Hello mjj9994,
thank you for the hint. As you have read in my description they have been talking for hours (!) and here you find 7 minutes of material with +5 of moaning, I hope you verified that before posting (?). The rest was cut. If you think this does not abide to the rules let me know, but then we should probably apply this rule to another 30% of the other topics....

Hi Gatinho75,
Yes the -2 minutes of conversation is what I was referring to. Did not mean to single you out at all; though your thread subject may be a bit misleading. If you find others that post conversations please bring it to Yeppie or one of the other knight''s attention, and feel free to remind the member of the rules as well. Thanks!

Hey thanks for this post. I know the rules say you shouldn't record conversations, this rule seems to be flexible to some degree and even the moderator yeppie lets this sort of stuff slide. I think the conversation rule and the rule about not using spying equipment are the most broken and bent rules on here, but there's no way to prove you used spy devices or a anything, the talking is obvious.
But there's a lot of it in other recordings, so I think it's alright as long as no personal info gets out there.
Thanks for the post, I enjoyed it

Appreciate your vote of confidence Harrison, but Yeppie has had more than his share of legal threats since starting this site. The rules were established to help prevent any more problems. Yeppie has a lot to do on this site besides monitoring threads, hence why he appointed knights to assist him. While we may not catch everything, we do our best to not 'let anything slide'. That said, since this topic seems to be unclear I will bring it to the elder's attention. Thanks.

Ah, I see mj9994. Legal trouble is the last thing this and any other site needs. Most of the recordings I've heard have had some amount of speech though, but no real conversations. Though I've seen some things slide, it's not that common, and I think it would've been reported by a knight already if it was a violation, so I may be wrong.
Just wanted to be clear. Not saying I see rule volations daily, because I don't. I'm too distracted because I just visit to get the good stuff
But it's always a good idea to avoid and prevent legal trouble before it even happens. Thanks for keeping the site from getting taken down like Eightman's site. And it's not even clear what happened to him. Hopefully he's not in any trouble.

Thank you everybody for this discussion!
Mark is right when recalling the legal threatening I was faced with because of this site some years ago. That situation made me close the site and it could only be reopened because of the new rules (and because of the courage of Futheas).
To not publish conversation is an important rule, almost as important as the one saying "no hidden mics". Both rules are required to keep this site on the legal site and with that, to keep it alive.
Have there been violations of these rules before? Probably yes.
In the case of hidden mics, violations are hard to spot if the uploader doesn´t tell about it. If he does, moderators may ask him to clarify the situation first but files have been removed for this reason.
When it comes recorded conversations, there is always a grey area. As HarrisonR said,
most of the recordings I've heard have had some amount of speech though, but no real conversations.
You can´t avoid to have some speech recorded and it definitely adds to the enjoyment but please don´t publish (long, understandable, pure) conversations anymore.
Yeppie has a lot to do on this site besides monitoring threads
That´s true, too, right now I am setting up a new server once more. Anybody who ever uploaded 60gb to a remote server might know what this means.
I am glad that the invention of the rules helped to keep this site away from trouble so far and I´m equally glad that this community has a membership that is as helpful and supportive as could be.
Thank you all for that! I can´t imagine another community of this kind where moderation could be that easy. But yes again, this may lead to a moderator who lets stuff "slide" sometimes. I´d love to stay the relaxed moderator that I always tried to be but of course I´m not willing to face severe personal threats anymore as I did a few years ago.
I´m sure everybody can agree on that.

I also do not understand anything from the first 2min conversation, but maybe that`s due to my sound equipment.
Thanks a lot for your efforts in getting this recording... sometimes one does not have so much luck to catch a full session..
And one question from my end: the termination is a bit spontaneous... are you sure that they really have finished when you cutted the final of the recording, and there was no action afterwards?

Thomas, I think he answered that already:

Thanks for your effort, gatinho! Should have said that in the first place, too.

Hi Everybody,
thank you for the open discussion that I really think is important and also a good signal for the culture and respect here. Great job of yeppie and his knights!
I cut the 2 first minutes and updated the file....

Absolutely yeppie. I didn't know you did so much to keep the site from getting banned. Sorry about the legal threats and I hope they never happen again. Nothing illegal is happening on this site just as it should be, and even though I'm sort of new I enjoy the site and everything on it. And it's common sense to keep it the way
Not sure what could happen if we did run into trouble though, it's scary to think about it.
But... Thanks again for running the site and for keeping us out of trouble!
