Text to speech

I like text to speech, TTS, and speech recognition, SR. The quality of the voices wasn't very good before but it's getting better. There's expensive software that would be nice to have. At least for now there's many voices and langues to use online for free at
http://www.acapela-group.com The voices doesn't work 100 % but it's fun to put my own text and listen. The audio card is a built-in Realtek, in this case Stereo mix is required to record the voices with Audacity. I've uploaded a sample to show you what's possible, now please don't get upset of what the woman is saying, it's my text and she don't know what's going on, so don't blame her, hehehe!

There was a time I wished I could create sexy voices and sounds with help of TTS. But I discovered it isn't very easy. One will have to manipulate the voices by writing letters in wrong order to create different sounds and later maybe edit the recordings in Audacity. Best would be a real woman and a good recording studio of course. If I was deveoper I would put exciting sounds in a voice module!
There's e-books to download but mostly not what I'm looking for, especially not if I need to pay. TTS in original could be used for stories. A "TTS e-book" for example, but in plain text. Then you could copy any free story online, lay down and listen peacefully without need to read, hold the book and turn pages. If only you can accept the limitations it could be great.
The free online TTS at Acapela cannot be used for stories, it's only for a limited amount of text. But there is free text to speech programs to download somewhere on the web. Just be awared that free programs same as trials might be bundled with ads, malware or adware. If you are experienced PC user you know what to do already, or ask a friend for help. I'm looking for a good application myself right now.

I know TTS and SR isn't very popular but I cannot help I like it. Even without sexy voices or sex stories it's still exciting. I'm dreaming about a mate on my desktop who is able to move, show expressions, hear me talk and answer back, oh yes that would be even more amazing! And if she could undress and dance for me I wouldn't complain...
So actually, TTS is only a part of what I'm thinking about.
What's more on my wishlist is possibility to edit and manipulate audio, look and behaviour of the characters and the environment.
Maybe someday people will be more interested so that developers will have a reason to continue. I still only have Windows Vista, I don't know what's available in Windows 8 and 10. Back in 1999 I bought a PC program called Verbot 3.04 SE with the character Sylvie which was quite good at that time, still limited and I was looking forward to updates. But the creator abandoned it. Later i found a much smaller version of Verbot 4 and 5 but it wasn't as good and I got disappointed. When I finally would try Verbot 5, the server was erased and there was no backup! And obviously nobody want to start new. Read about it here:

It's like an old friend never return. Am I weird? Well, in my world something definitely is missing
Sylvie 3, or Verbot 3 with both text and voice - abandoned by its creator
